Daniel Van Meter
COO
As Chief Operating Officer, Daniel Van Meter brings to the organization a strong background in Corporate Finance, Technology, Organizational Behavior and Sales Leadership. Daniel Van Meter has held senior positions in Consulting and Humana Capital organizations prior to arriving at All Care Professional Home Health, Inc. in 2016. Daniel received his BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington and completed his graduate work at Kennesaw State University earning an MBA in Corporate Finance where he focused on Corporate Valuation and Capital Budgeting. Daniel is a Proud Veteran having served in the United Sates Air Force.
Lisa Perez-Luster
RN Administrator
Lisa Perez-Luster is All Care Professional Home Health, Inc.'s RN Administrator and has been with the company for 7 years. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the home health industry for 15 years she has seen many changes throughout the years and has continued to adapt to changes in healthcare policies and technologies and staying up to date with the latest evidence-based practices. She has always strived for excellence in patient care, employee satisfaction, and community involvement. She actively participates in professional associations, conferences, and continuing education opportunities to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new developments in home health care. She ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of care. Lisa focuses on building a solid foundation of nursing skills and knowledge to effectively serve the role of RN Administrator. Monica Robinson
Vice President of Billing
Monica Robinson is the Vice President of Billing. Monica has over 20 years' experience in home health revenue cycle with a strong background in management, cash posting, customer service, billing, insurance verification, and insurance authorization. Monica manages the billing and collections operations, payment posting operations, patient collections operations, insurance verification, and insurance authorization operations. Monica is passionate about her work, she knows how to get the job done, and isn't afraid to face a challenge. Monica contributes her unique skills and abilities and is committed to making a difference in the lives we serve at All Care Professional Home Health, Inc.
Kortney Ippolito
Vice President of Sales
Kortney joined All Care Professional Home Health, Inc. in January 2023 as their Vice President of Sales. She is a tenured home health professional and has spent the last 14 years in the home health industry, working her way from an account executive to executive management. She is passionate about patient care and has been successful in driving census growth, effective marketing strategies, the design and implementation of clinical programs as well as the recruitment, training, and management of sales teams. Kortney grew up in Abliene, Texas prior to moving to the DFW area in the early nineties. She graduated from Richardson High School and then earned a degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas. Kortney currently lives in Colleyville, Texas with her husband and two children. She loves traveling, walking her two Australian Shepards, reading, spending time with her family and friends, wakeboarding, studying the Bible, playing poker, working out, and cooking. She hopes to someday buy some land and have horses, chickens, and of course, more dogs.
Marianne Cates
Director of Nurses
Marianne is a Registered Nurse (RN) with 30 years of nursing experience, and 13 years of knowledge and expertise in providing care to patients in their own homes. Home health nursing is a specialized field that requires adaptability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently, organization and a sense of humor. The role of Director of Nursing (DON) in a home health agency involves overseeing the delivery of care to patients, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, managing staff and resources, and maintaining quality standards. providing guidance and support to other nurses and healthcare professionals working in the home health setting. Working with All Care Professional Home Health Care has given both the challenges and the rewards of home health nursing, including the ability to form strong relationships with patients and their families, the opportunity to provide personalized care, and the flexibility that comes with working in various home environments.
Kimberly Arnold
Quality Assurance & Coding Manager
Kimberly Arnold has been with All Care Professional Home Health since 2006 with over 23 years of experience in the Home Health Care Industry. She is a Quality Assurance and Coding Manager that specializes in the day-to-day Medicare coding/compliance procedures and is considered a team player with her exemplary multitasking skills. Kimberly is from Fort Worth, Texas and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Missie Bullard
Scheduling Manager
Missie Bullard graduated from Tarleton State University and currently resides in Tolar, Texas. She has over 6 years of experience in the Home Health Industry and started her career as an intake coordinator and is now currently the agency's scheduler. Essentially, Missie is the gatekeeper for the agency, serving as the liaison between the agency, client, caregiver, and the payer. Her primary function is to schedule and manage the flow of patient care, ensuring that quality satisfaction is met. She enjoys all aspects of her position and feels that there is a very cohesive teamwork environment which helps solve any challenges that is faced daily.
Joshua Neal
Area Assistant Director of Nursing
Joshua Neal, BSN, RN, is a patient advocate and skilled nurse representative of All Care Professional Home Health, Inc. He accumulated his experience through many years as an EMT and as an emergency room nurse in multiple healthcare systems within the North Texas Region. As an educator, he provided guidance to residents, students, and graduates on subjects including infection reduction, critical care interventions, and even human trafficking victim advocacy. Through his contributions and actions, he was the recipient of a Life Saving Award by the City of Arlington, nominated for a Daisy Award, and a recipient of D's Magazine's Excellence in Nursing Award for 2022. His dedication to the field of nursing is illustrated by the results and positive appreciation from his patients and the feedback of his colleagues. Joshua continues to excel in inspiring healing through holistic patient-centered care by striving to optimize each patient's care experience.

Danny Mims
Area Assistant Director of Nursing
Danny Mims, BSN, RN, graduated from Crowley High School in 1981 and went straight into business with his father at Ram Steel Company. Eventually the steel erection business was not Danny's true calling, and he started his college education expecting to enter the field of an elementary school teacher. While studying in the student union building, he found himself sitting with the Student Nurses and they had convinced him he should follow Nursing. Twice falling short for the Tarrant County College program as a second alternate, he made his way to apply to the University of Texas at Arlington and graduated with his BSN in 1994. Danny's favorite question asked while he attended Nursing School was, "So you want to be a Male Nurse?"
